Part of Sangameshwar Coffee Estates (SCE), the 190 Hectares of the Gungegiri estate gets it's name from the stories about how the water that comes from it's hills is as holy as the water from the Ganga! This lot (SC 39 A) of honey processed goodness comes from just 16 Hectares of land where the cherries are hand picked super ripe, are fermented in a very controlled setting and slowly dried to reach the desired point. BCR are glad and super thankful to the wonderful folks at SCE for sharing this amazing coffee with them!
