Where we source our Coffees from?
All our coffee is purchased directly from the farmers, to ensure the best and freshest coffee for you. In a world where we rarely know where our food products come from, we want to highlight and bring to the forefront where the coffee you drink is coming from, and be completely transparent with all our sourcing. We currently work with some fantastic producers like the Venkids Valley Estate, MS Estate, MSP Coffee and Kalledeverapura Estate, Hunsekai Hosalli Estate to name a few.
What we believe in...
At BCR we believe that great specialty coffee should not be unapproachable and daunting, we believe that great specialty coffee should be for everyone. Speciality coffee is good, only when it’s good for the entire supply chain, starting from the producers right till the final consumer. As roasters we can play a big role in making sure that we do our bit to make sure each participant in the chain gets more and something better. That is what we mean when we say speciality coffee is for everyone!
How we started...
We started with passion and love for coffee, and the intent of spreading great coffee in Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal and this region. More than anything else, we just wanted to roast coffee that we enjoy drinking and engage with the fantastic coffee community that we have the privilege of being a small part of.
Where are we headed...
The perception of coffee being a bitter beverage, made just to wake you up is changing! We want to make you experience just how delicious, and flavourful great coffee can be! For us coffee deserves to be savoured just like a fine glass of wine or a great single malt!

Before anything else, we at BCR are lovers of great coffee. We have been very fortunate that we have been able to travel to various countries and roasteries, and taste some phenomenal coffees. Making great speciality coffee available to everyone, and making it accessible and fun is what we are working towards.
